I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross insurance. Prior to your first appointment, please verify coverage for outpatient psychotherapy (sometimes called behavioral or mental health services). Additionally, you may want to ask about your annual deductible amount, how much has been met, co-payment amount, and if pre-authorization is required before starting psychotherapy.
