I have been helping individuals, couples, and families create new possibilities and lasting change since 2003. With fifteen years of experience, and expertise in a range of emotional, relational, and psychological conditions, I offer psychotherapy that is pragmatic and progress-oriented.
My knowledge and skills have been honed across some of the most demanding and culturally-diverse treatment settings in California and Hawaii, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, intensive in-home, community-based, and incarceration programs.
Conditions I have treated include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, trauma, self-harm, grief, couple distress and conflict, parent-child relationships, family conflict, parenting, severe emotional and behavioral disturbances, bipolar, psychosis, substance abuse, addiction, and more.
In addition to providing informed and inclusive psychotherapy for clients from all walks of life, I have served as clinical lead on multidisciplinary teams, collaborated across educational, vocational, and legal systems, provided clinical trainings for other mental health professionals, and spearheaded organizational change initiatives.
